A turnkey renovation and integrated building-systems upgrade inside an active, high-security U.S. diplomatic facility in Copenhagen, delivered while the embassy remained operational.
The challenge
Replacing existing building systems with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure while maintaining strict security and uninterrupted diplomatic operations.
The engineering
Approximately 7,000 m² of full MEP renewal, including replacement of the rooftop HVAC plant, electrical distribution, mechanical systems and integrated plumbing infrastructure.
